An artificial intelligence cooperative —in formation— that builds AI to give back life time to SMEs, town councils and citizens. We measure it action by action in the Life Clock.
It's how we measure the time the ecosystem gives back to people. Every minute comes from a real action: a query resolved, a procedure automated. We compare how long a person would have taken without the tool and how long it took with it. The difference is the reclaimed time. Estimates are conservative and the calculation is visible to the client.
It means the legal form is the guarantee of the mission. A conventional company has the incentive to extract value from the customer; a cooperative, to give back time at the best price. Surpluses are distributed among members, not shareholders. SATIA is in the process of incorporating: we're not there yet, but it's the path.
As a client you hire a service and receive the time it gives back. As a member you participate in the cooperative's governance and surpluses. It's not investment, not equity: it's participation in a shared mission. Today you can't yet be a member because the cooperative is in formation.
Data sovereignty is a non-negotiable principle. Today we deploy on shared infrastructure; full sovereignty —data in your territory— is a goal of progressive construction. What we will never do is sell your data to third parties.
We're in the process of incorporating. We're not formally a cooperative yet, but it's the legal model we're pursuing. We'll let you know when the process is underway and the first membership cycle opens.

Not yet. The Life Clock is under construction. When apps start recording real actions, the figures will be visible and auditable. We won't show any figure that isn't real and verifiable.
